POLYPROPYLENE / PVDF RIGID COMPONENTS AND SYSTEMS

The primary materials we work with in our rigid component and system offering is polypropylene and PVDF. Both materials accommodate the performance features that customers desire: gamma stable, autoclavable, smooth surface finish with disposability.

Our Carboy fill / vent caps and closure clamps comprise the BioClamp and true union clamp systems. BioConnexx also manufactures custom dip tubes. Faucets available for fluid handling systems are available either bench-mounted or wall-mounted, recirculating or non-recirculating.

FILTER HOUSING, GASKETS AND MANIFOLDS

BioConnexx manufacture custom filter housing, sanitary flange gaskets, rigid tube manifolds and silicone tube manifolds.

CUSTOM FABRICATIONS

Custom fabrications utilize the cleanest joining method possible. Various fusion welding techniques as well as spin welding is utilized depending on the projects material. Other materials are available however.

Our tubing sets and assemblies are comprised of silicone, PVC and various formulations of thermoplastic rubber. Again, these sets and assemblies are provided with customers' ultimate desires in mind. The BioBarb adapter that is used is permanently identified with the lot number and size. The ID of the BioBarb adapter is also identical to that of the tubing in which it is being applied to.
